Environmental Safety
A carcinogen is any substance that is an agent directly involved in causing cancer. Carcinogens may increase the risk of cancer by altering cellular metabolism or damaging DNA directly in cells, inducing the uncontrolled, malignant division, ultimately leading to the formation of tumors. We are exposed to carcinogen through our environment and the products we use on a daily basis. Educate yourself on how to choose safer products and minimized your exposure to carcinogens.
